Annual subscriptions: full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email hello@anewmarketdynamics.com with subject "Refund request" and your registered email.
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable but can be canceled anytime to stop future billing. You retain access for the remainder of the current billing period.
Cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds for unused days within a paid period.
Individual reports purchased outside a subscription are non-refundable once the PDF has been downloaded. If a file is corrupt or materially differs from its description, contact us within 7 days for a replacement.
If the platform is down for more than 72 consecutive hours during your billing period, we'll prorate and credit your account.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method (Razorpay UPI/card, or PayPal). Processing typically takes 5–10 business days.
