Reports purchased are non-refundable. Once payment is confirmed, the sale is final regardless of whether you have downloaded the file. Your report is delivered within 24 hours of payment.
If a downloaded report file is corrupt, materially differs from its catalog description, or fails to open for technical reasons attributable to us, email info@anewmarketdynamics.com within 7 days of purchase. We will provide a working replacement file at no additional cost.
If a report you have paid for is not delivered within the stated 24-hour window due to a technical issue on our side, contact support and we will deliver it promptly or, if we cannot fulfil the order, issue a refund for that purchase.
If you believe a charge was made on your account in error or without authorization, contact info@anewmarketdynamics.com immediately with the transaction details. We will investigate and respond within 3 business days.
